Dr. Rocha is a Brazilian chiropractor and a Palmer graduate who has been practicing for over 12 years in Northeastern Brazil. He comes from a Brazilian chiropractic “dynasty”. His mother, Sira Borges, DC MD, helped to form the Brazilian Chiropractic Association in 1992 and has been instrumental in the profession’s phenomenal growth over the past 25 years. Additionally, his brother, his cousin, and his sister-in-law are all part of his “chiropractic family”.
Dr. Rocha has led 15 groups of Palmer’s very popular “Clinic Abroad” Brazilian tours. His fun, gregarious and engaging manner combined with his ability to connect with people all social levels of his own culture as well as others, makes him an exceptional guide and host. Professionally, he is well-respected in the region and has forged a positive working relationship with his medical colleagues.
In addition to his chiropractic practice, he has been very involved in the region with energy conservation and preservation of the region’s ecology. He is passionate about treating the environment with the same care and perspective he treats his patient’s health chiropractically.
